Overview of Delta PPA
The Delta State Public Procurement Commission was established following the formulation of the Public Procurement Law, 2015 by the Delta State House of Assembly. The Agency was established as the regulatory authority responsible for the procurement of goods, works and services for the State in line with international standards and best practices.
The core objectives of the Public Procurement Agency are Competition, Transparency, Efficiency and Value for Money, providing a level playing ground for all strata of bidders who express their interest to transact business in the State.
